Well, if I am rec’ing choral music, classical, or opera… you’re gonna imagine I like Shakespeare too? This reading is the greatest delivery, intonation, cadence I have ever seen. It brings life to the words, even for the uninitiated. It’s the PRECISE reason kids need to be seeing this, vs reading it flat off a page without context. Andrew Scott was the Priest in Fleabag, and Moriarty in Sherlock. And yes, down below I have Wagner’s Das Reingold next to a thumpin’ gay club disco house track. Sue me.

AS FOR THIS WEEK’S TITLE…
I was floating up and down in the ocean and a turtle pooped near me. The title will not change, but I will admit after the first fatal shark attack in Australia in 60 years, I did pause and think about it. Don’t look for the video, people.
It is quite novel we know more about space than what’s under the water. Hell… you’ve got Deep Star Six, Jaws, The Deep, the Big Blue, Sharknado, Open Water, Leviathan, Sphere, Waterworld, Underwater, Cthulhu, The Meg, Jaws, Deep Blue Sea, and the Abyss, Humanoids of the Deep, Piranha, and we still don’t know “crap”. But I was thinking of fish and whales, and all that.
This guy tho… he goes a step further. I wanna see the math problem:

- *WOW* This is perfect. Absolutely nails it… I am a capitalist. I doubt any of us could break out of the framework. But our “messaging” of how hard service is also didn’t keep up with fact that people *want & need* it, it’s vital, and it shouldn’t be a job that is ridiculed, makes you destitute, or more specifically… a single day’s wage should cover housing, food, transportation, clothing, and relative existence. Currently… it does not. Currently… it’s basically biz and elites who can control a government’s focus vs them having to listen to their constituency. But that’s a bit bigger than this brilliant philosophical encounter… “socialism for the wealthy, and capitalism for everyone else”.
“Working at a coffee shop isn’t a career”
“But should coffee shops exist?”
“Yes.”
“Then why shouldn’t someone be able to make a living at a coffee shop, unless you’re saying they should exist and those people should feel poorly paid, poorly treated, subhuman, unsafe, and undervalued?”

- Also, as a person not religious, and until recently would have bristled to the notion of even being “spiritual”… I realize I have too many texts from about 500 B.C. to say that anymore.
That all said, screw those weird Babylonian and Sumerians, amirite? Anyhoo… those two had a fire sale and Judaism, Islam, and Christianity bought the rest of the back of the store like some weird Black Friday at TJ Maxx. So we get to here, and guess what? Religion isn’t always the shining beacon and oracle people think it is.
THEN… there’s people who package what would have been some dude named “Jesus” and his teachings in just the most humble, perfect, quiet way… and that’s been Stephen Colbert for decades.
I admit, I struggled in understanding someone’s unquestioned faith in light of their own self-awareness about reality and the characters they were playing. This is such a refreshing take on someone’s deeply held beliefs, because it’s easy to completely lose sight that people even exist in this way, compared to all the hate and hypocrisy.

Although the few homes hit by falling meteorites do not become worth more when struck, that is not the case with other objects. A meteorite that battered a mailbox, tearing it off its post, in Claxton, Georgia was sold at auction in 2007 for $83,000. The most famous object impacted by a meteorite occurred almost immediately after a young woman bought her grandmother’s old Chevy Malibu for about $400. After being struck by the Peekskill meteorite one week later, she sold the car for $69,000. It subsequently changed hands for $230,000 in 2010.

- Ummm…. how are things in space one dimensional? Timespace is trippy, guys.
An unprecedented new telescope image of the Milky Way galaxy’s turbulent center has revealed nearly 1,000 mysterious strands, inexplicably dangling in space. Stretching up to 150 light years long, the one-dimensional strands (or filaments) are found in pairs and clusters, often stacked equally spaced, side by side like strings on a harp. Using observations at radio wavelengths, Northwestern University’s Farhad Yusef-Zadeh discovered the highly organized, magnetic filaments in the early 1980s. The mystifying filaments, he found, comprise cosmic ray electrons gyrating the magnetic field at close to the speed of light. But their origin has remained an unsolved mystery ever since. https://arxiv.org/pdf/2201.10552.pdf
Mind you, Arxiv is waiting for peer review, but these were found and confirmed in the 1980s. So a bit more pop explanation here: https://scitechdaily.com/unprecedented-new-telescope-image-reveals-nearly-1000-mysterious-strands-in-milky-ways-center/

That means if we build an 8,000 ton topside module with the Goliath Crane, our employees have to repeat five times all the same prerequisite works to lift a 1,600 ton block such as hooking the crane’s wire ropes and rearranging the crane’s lifting points to the optimal locations striking perfect balance. However with the Hyundai-10000, HHI can make a single 8,000-ton module, pick it up and install it at one time. I’m keeping the evidence and proof blue. You can find it fairly easily. But Group B came about in about 1982, and most say, with ambivalence , that it was the pinnacle of motorspot, so beautiful, but too dangerous to go on.
The driver is Walter Rohrle. He had some amazing quotes:
“They are just bushes to us. If they are anything else, we cannot drive.”
“I don’t like jumps….. If I wanted to fly I’d be a pilot.” “You can’t treat a car like a human. A car needs love.”
*BUT* this is madness:
Jeremy Clarkson on this is 20m, but fantastic about the Audi Quattro vs Lancia 037 Group B battle from 1983:
