The 2023 BBC Adam Curtis’ documentary is getting renewed attention, its day in the sun so to speak, as we have simply just uncovered a global criminal elite wealthy technologist pedophile ring of people that live above laws and accountability.

I’ll tie the two disparate complex topics together as concisely as possible.

Here’s the documentary, with commentary below.

“HyperNormalisation is a 2016 BBC documentary by British filmmaker Adam Curtis. It argues that following the global economic crises of the 1970s, governments, financiers and technological utopians gave up on trying to shape the complex “real world” and instead established a simpler “fake world” for the benefit of multi-national corporations that is kept stable by neoliberal governments.”  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HyperNormalisation

SO….

The idea is that capitalism created just enough prosperity, upward mobility, and was just successful enough to be self-defeating, where the status quo became a stagnation where we couldn’t unstick ourselves from how complex reality became, and therefore it was simpler to control the global population with a simpler, manufactured overlay.

9/11 & the Iraq War coincided with the rise of social tech where we sequestered ourselves into digital grieving with destroyed psyches, and the takeover of social order started. We retreated to a digital world and opted-in to social engineering, which took off in a controlled way. Meanwhile, new technology placated us into drones. George Carlin’s “Power does what it wants”, and that America had ended. It’s absolutely bonkers how he nailed it.

Full Carlin quote:

“I think power does what it wants.  Power does what it wants.  And now they are just more naked about it.  Now they just put it right out front and say this is what we are doing to you, folks.  This country is finished.  It has been sliding down hill a long time.  And everybody has got a cell phone that makes pancakes so they don‘t want to rock the boat.  They don‘t want to make any trouble. And nobody asks questions anymore. People have been bought off by gizmos and toys in this country.  No one questions things more.”

SO…. How this related to Epstein & Trump, and the global pedopile crime synidcate of wealthy elites doing WHATEVER THEY WANT:

Well, billionaires have everything they want, so they only want what they can’t have.

You tell them no, they want it more, which is why you have extreme elite people doing aberrant, deviant things because they want a taste for something new. Essentially, everyday achievements lose their impact, hence billionaires getting bizarrely aspirational with colonies on Mars, Transhumanism, or Superhuman AGI… it’s because nothing normal can keep their attention as money rewires their human minds.  In fact, oddly… wealthy people steal more often than poor people, and it’s not just shoplifting.

Rich robbers: why do wealthy people shoplift? Evidence suggests the rich actually do steal more than the poor – and shoplifting is only ‘the first layer of the onion’ https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2019/nov/04/wealthy-people-shoplift-rob-steal-why

Needless shoplifting can easily be from past traumas or existing mental illness, but it’s obvious that money rewires the brain in many negative ways, but also complex ways that *already leaves the poor struggling* because it’s the privilege of resource management. Poor people have a cognitive load, that is also victim to systemic issues like environmental factors and nutritional gaps, and struggle more than wealthy people. Wealthy people also see neuroplasticity such that there’s a motivating factor behind money that can become a self-fulfilling prophecy of success.

Study: Exposure to money modulates neural responses to outcome evaluations involving social reward https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7171377/

But, in simpler terms, as your brain enjoys the “hits” behind getting money, thinking about money, and amassing money, studies have shown that empathy and compassion decreases, to the point wealthy people stop looking at “normies” and don’t even remember faces, because they’re increasingly reinforced to be “other” and “better”, which can begin a dehumanizing process where almost everyone is simply in their way. It fosters a God complex, as we’ve obviously seen, that they are above the normal citizens of earth. There’s a point, where the brain becomes toxic in seeking the next hit of “more money”, and it reduces everyone else to be nuisances. They also get into genetics and look at themselves as superhumans with superior genes, as if their underlying code is what made them wealthy, and not a system built around people being supported by public projects and infrastructure.

What You’ve Suspected Is True: Billionaires Are Not Like Us They have fantasies of going to Mars, transhumanism, and superhuman AI. How the heck does someone get this way? And what does it mean for the rest of us? https://www.rollingstone.com/culture/culture-commentary/billionaires-psychology-tech-politics-1235358129/

In respect to hypernormalisation, the millionaire / billionaire elite technocrats are also stuck in this system, and they’re so mentally ill because of money. I mean, these people already have more money than they will ever spend, than they could ever see, or hold on to… but they still want more, and they’ll get it with a rush of adrenalin of breaking laws they believe should not touch them. In fact, they seem to get quite depressive: “Life cannot just be about one sad thing after another.” https://futurism.com/space/elon-musk-spiraling-mars-city

The billionaires are bored, they have ennui, and there’s little else left to give them a rush, so what do they want now?

It’s gotten to the point that they simply want to crash the system to spend slightly less on resources, and return to tribalism so they can live in their lawless, entitled manner without needing to interact with the unwashed masses, whose lives they destroyed. I’ve posted the below docs before, but it’s just amazing how they think of the rest of the human race as livestock. It’s also how they were able to do the dehumanizing things they did, and sleep at night.

Also, their disdain for the rest of us is baked into their obsession with AI. It’s completely what AI is about for them.

One thing billionaires and technocrats loathe is that they are bound to the knowledge of experts that they view beneath them, so they want to commodify expertise and learned knowledge, to hoard it for themselves, thereby casting aside we annoying humans who spent our lives learning ,and participating in a collectivist society that is deliberately manufactured as overly simplistic to cover for the reality that there is an elite system deliberately rigged that we were never supposed to see.

What a time to be alive.

Lastly, the Hypernormalisation term comes from this:

“The Last Soviet Generation (2006), which describes paradoxes of Soviet life during the 1970s and 1980s.[3][4] He says everyone in the Soviet Union knew the system was failing, but no one could imagine any alternative to the status quo, and politicians and citizens alike were resigned to maintaining the pretense of a functioning society.[5] Over time, the mass delusion became a self-fulfilling prophecy, with everyone accepting it as the new norm rather than pretend, an effect Yurchak termed hypernormalisation.[6] It has since gained further resonance in the social media era in 2025 in the U.S.[7]”

If nothing else, the soundtrack he used in the documentary is great: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HyperNormalisation

See the documents below. Evil people.

Epstein and Peter Thiel want to burn it down to make their lives simpler.

YOU DON’T SAY WHEN WE BURN IT DOWN, WE SAY WHEN WE BURN IT DOWN.
