Apparently, she’s blowing up, and apparently, it’s totally controversial. I am not going to be pro- anything or pro- anyone in this article. I will say, I am generally speaking about any radicalized entity.

I don’t think you can make generalizations about *any* culture. I also don’t necessarily trust the statistics Brigitte Gabriel suggests about how many Muslims are radicalized. But in regards to any person of any belief system that becomes violent…. I don’t think you can ignore those that are radicalized, in any way, in any form. I don’t agree with the “land wars in asia” thing, but I do understand why Christopher Hitchens became so understanding of the “war on terror”.

Below, a brilliant, concise explanation about the nature of evil with an agenda, versus the majority of any population that wants to live in peace, and go to school, and have infrastructure, and work their job, and be with their family. It is true, that most people are, and want to be, peaceful…. but by and large, the peaceful people are irrelevant.  I am not suggesting some jingoist nonsense, or become some ultra conservative about middle eastern politics…. I get the complexity (see This Land is Mine, below).

So what do we do?  Can I be flaccid enough to say we need to educate people and give them the tools of critical thought?  What… to…. do?
