99% vs 1% – occupy wall street people want our system to change. I would love to see a rational discussion about how to fix a broken system of influence, greed, corruption, etc. I think all of us would.

This is a NPR Fresh Air that explains what is happening fairly well. It’s the guy who wrote Money Ball, Michael Lewis. His new book Boomerang is about the changing tide of a system that is obsolete and destroying itself, creating a new 3rd world. I think he is a little overreaching with the 3rd world stuff, but it’s still developing.
Great, hilarious interview of Fox News with rational protester
They cut it for Greta’s Show, because it was a little too smart, methinks. Fox totally expected lazy weirdos, not intellectuals.
Some big stuff is starting. I still don’t get why the news took over 2 weeks to focus on these 1000 people in NY, and the ones sprouting up elsewhere. It’s wild.
If 40 tea partiers were in front of the Fed asking for Bernakes head, it would have been front page of every news org.
Anyhoo.. ending with Carlin on Olbermann. His thoughts here are scary true. We have been bought off by gizmos and toys, and everyone is too self-involved or scared to rock the boat. “Power does what it wants”… here is the exact moment in the clip at 5 mins, 11 seconds.
