She’s mum on a 2012 bid? Mum? How about not bloody likely because even Sarah Palin has enough self awareness to understand that she will be ridiculed, laughed at, and completely humiliated on the public stage as a “center of all attention” candidate. She knows it… you know it… so just stop it.
Have some self respect guys.
I am sure she is a lovely gal when she is living a normal life like the rest of us… the good mom and do gooder that lives next door. She probably rocks… knows how to be a awesome mom and small town mayor, but come on! In all deference and due respect to her, there are some heady philisophical concepts at play that general Americans don’t bide their time with. Most are just trying to clothe their kids, right? Or just trying to keep their jobs….. but some of the devastating and powerful decisions that are being made daily require some complex intuition and willingness to listen to others… I don’t know. Maybe I am wrong? I am open to counter arguments, to be sure!
But if Fox news, and the Republican party are so deluded, shattered, desperate, and wide eyed with vacuous panic…… the rest of the media (and the rest of you)….

Just stop paying attention to the circus, and it will close it’s tents. She’s retiring, let her go, let the GOP move forward, and be better for it.
Palin is not presidential material, and the idea of her running is, frankly…. disturbing. Completely disturbing If you want a GOP candidate, don’t just grasp the person who trended for a couple weeks on Twitter. You need someone a) relatively intelligent – relatively & b) without skeletons or at least willing to be open about them, and c) endless other stuff. That’s about it. Usually C is incredibly important, but the way it has been going for the GOP…. we need to figure out A+B first, then you can move on to C. And good luck with that. Seriously… Santorum? Hastert? Sanford? You know I could go on forever…. so good luck with that.
You know what? I have a better chance of winning. Or at least, I have a better chance of *leading*. Hell I will keep the name Fishbits. You Pubs can deal with it.
But the Republican party needs to figure their crap out right now. Not later and *certainly* not relying on hypocrite ammoral cheaters, shame filled accusers vilifying the same actions they grit their teeth to behind closed bathroom doors…. and certainly not waffling airheads like Jindal, or our eponymous Palin.
So I proffer forth to you, Republican party…. myself.
I am announcing my bid as G.O.P. candidate for the 2012 Presidential election. A small government, figure your crap out and take responsibility for it while being kind to others and revamping our economy to be stable rather than inflated type of candidate.
