Of course the stupid are outbreeding the intelligensia
The more education, the less likely you are to breed… so the people that are considered less intelligent are the ones having more kids, and therefore a lot of the smart cats are not furthering their genes.
But liberal isn’t the right term… know you mean liberal pejoratively, but the fact is liberal’s have done a hell of lot more to hinder the movement of critical thought, secular humanism, and the environment. Using authoritative, fear mongering, intellectual elitism to inform the public, using environmentalism as a club to beat people with… it teaches people just o believe what the “nice democrats tell you”, and liberalism becomes a vacuous invention for zombie-like mindless masses to act like tv brainmushed ambulatory vacuum tubes.
Identifying oneself as liberal or conservative is dangerous. But I think you meant… skeptics/critical thought people/ etc… and maybe not the slippery slope that is the label of liberal.
Anyhoo.. two things are for sure… liberals are on the inside what the republicans are on the outside… and always seem more insidious to me. Where a conservative is patently unapologetic for his ASSHOLE view… a liberal is duplicitious, and it is spooky.

AND.. yes… there was a harvard study that suggested your point… the more education, the less likely there will be children… the title of the article about four years ago was “STUDY: Intelligensia being outbred by stupid people”. It was real, but I cannot find it anywhere. Be critical of it at your leisure…
and that is the point. *ALL* my friends are liberals… and gay, or weird, or dress up in fuzzy clothes, etc… meaning the fringe element. And what I notice about liberals more than conservatives is this:
typically conservatives are that way as they are critical and thoughtful and need to back up their arguments with rational arguments. As rational as they can with their twisted cynical and self centered sensibilities. (these are, of course, the extremist left and right.. and not moderates)
But alot of liberals mime and mimic and regurgitate the hippist and trendiest argument without any thought or critical discourse about the subject. The time I realized all this is the most difficult political argument I ever got into with a CRAZY INTELLIGENT liberal named Nat Hentoff.
He suggests that any *true*, *thoughtful* intelligent liberal is pro-life, becuase the liberal ideaology is to protect the weak whom have no voice… which is not the mother in lieu of the state or nation, but the unborn child that cannot fend itself from its mother’s choice.
That is what killed my liberalism. Siding with any side is too complex. He is right.. and my friends would become blind with rage, denounce me, etc.. when I was just trying to have a conversation about it. Eh… moving on…
But about your point.. yes. Yes, we are totally doomed.
