You know… FB is either a insidious marketing SkyNet, or they are saying, in a world of ads, wouldn’t you simply want them relevant?
It’s sort of true.  People are scared of digital billboards that target you by GPS associated with Social Network preferences, etc.  But wouldn’t you rather see something wholly relevant than a diaper or denture ad?  If an ad has to exist, I guess you might as well make it relevant.
Unless all that means is that we now have freedom from too much choice, and we will be reinforced into our niches and prodded into becoming, almost robotic, 21st century, perfect, mindless, consumer cattle.
