And Dotty says, Looking for a decompression… but I may have a ticket to the sold out Independent SF on Divisadero… Sound Tribe Sector 9 which would be the way to do Halloween, but I am also looking around for Space Cowboys, House of Lotus, Pink Mammoth, Project: There… and other burning man decompression parties…. keep me posted… she says.

Well, gonna go to a party tonight for an old friend’s bday, but if you

Funny that segue… the other day I was telling a friend about how I
lost a bike at the burn on the playa… dig?
I was saying that the bike said “Bud Light” on its side, but not with
a little voice while lying down. I mean it was written. Anyhoo…
got a good chuckle.
Like leaving the ship the other day… have patience?

HERE is the concert schedule… give me your input.
I will be in the city…….uh….
MAYBE tonight. I was supposed to meet a friend, but I am going to
Joel’s ladies bday instead.
DEFINITELY not tomorrow AM… I will be cruising down to Monterey to
ummmmmmmmm… visit three friends of mine.
Tomorrow night I am seeing Blue Turtle Seduction in Oakland. Friends
band from Tahoe.
HOWEVER… I will be in the city SUNDAY AM… I am going to the
fillmore between 10a and 4pm to buy a ticket to Galactic playing with
ALO on NEXT Saturday night, the 29th,
I will be in the city working Monday from 9AM until after 3PM or so…
could meet after that.
Except there is a show of some guys called Two Gallants that I am going to see.
Then Tuesday is Bauhaus, wednesday is Shawn Leahy, thursday is Of A
Revolution, Friday is also John Scofield… but…. Bat Makumba plays
the elbo room… brazilian funk. $8
Then Saturday the Fillmore with Galactic and ALO. the 29th.
Sunday…. the 30th… Mos Def and Talib Kweli are going to be at the
Mezzanine. It IS $40, but it IS black star in a club the size of my
pants. And I have lost a lot of weight recently.

with two night’s of the Suicide Girl’s doing a burlesque show at the
Independent. Two nights wed/Thurs.
THEN FRIDAY AT THE INDEPENDENT… 4th nov…. THE BAD PLUS!!!!
Already got my tix. I am out of it, I wouldn’t think it would sell
out… but everything has sold out recently…. blackalicious,
rebirth, benevento russo, etc.
There are some other shows past that, but I will calm down.
I have New Year’s Eve set…. and the day before…. but I haven’t
seen much about November yet… so I will see….
And I hope to see you soon. But if you look at my schedule, I probably won’t.
Oh yeah… Coheed and Cambria, Iron and Wine, Belle and Sebastian, and this other stuff…. soft rock is back. Cannot wait until Wham slams down with Hall and Oates and these guys all get together and soft rock out.
